PROVOCATIONS, REFLECTIONS, FEEDBACK AND STIMULUS

Around each Working Live program we create a unique interactive series of posts, with suggestions for further reading, experiments to try and reflections on the thoughts of the group.

Actual change in work practice and habits mostly takes place during the doing of the work. We support each of our groups to develop these new habits with ongoing reflection, discussion and extension of what was explored in each Studio.

In the Feed we can provide provocations for thought and action in the workplace, prompting people to be aware of their normal dispositions and habits. We can also take conversations further, diving into further viewing and reading from a wealth of sources on the Web. And we can upload examples worked on by participants to discuss among the group as a whole.

Depending on the way your team prefers to work, The Feed can operate as an online mentoring forum, or can be a feed of provocations that we can take into a face-to-face mentoring discussion.
