At InPlay Arts, we specialise in the use of theatre and design practices for business improvement and capability building. We guide strategy and innovation and equip teams and organisations for delivering on it – collaborating, communicating and creating. With experience of over 25 years in business and design consultancy, and 20 years in performing arts practice and management, we bring the expertise of each to both.

Through our centrepiece, Working Live, we create bespoke programs to develop teams, individuals and organisations in tools for collaborating, communicating and creating. From engaging with story, to collaborating, adapting and working in the moment – we can raise your organisation’s capability for dropping the script and working live.

We also provide executive facilitation services and work directly with business situations, consulting in strategy, innovation and organisational development.
